The home is within walking distance to Germantown, Sounds stadium, Nashville Farmers Market, The North Gulch, and Marathon Music Works. Then just a short drive/uber to everything else Nashville has to offer.

Neighborhood
Located in the adorable Hope Gardens Neighborhood which is just a short walk to North Gulch, City View, Germantown, Nashville’s Farmers Market, and Marathon Music Works. The neighborhood is about as close as you can get to downtown without being in a hotel and it’s very safe. A brand new beautiful dog park and kid-friendly park are also within a very short walking. There a numerous restaurants and bars within a mile of the house, some of our favorites include Geist (great for brunch), Mother Ruin (cocktail bar), and Central BBQ. Many more upon request!
