Neighborhood
Located on the border of the trendy 12th South and Edgewood Neighborhoods, this home puts you right in the heart of Nashville and within 10 mins of most anything this wonderful city has to offer. There is a really cute coffee shop called “Makai” and a Smoothie King less than one block away, as well as many great restaurants, bars and boutiques within a very short drive or 10-15 min walk. Our favorites include Barcelona, Sadies, Burger Up, and Lady Bird Tacos (the breakfast tacos are unreal)!
