Neighborhood
Located on the border of the trendy 12 South and Edgewood Neighborhoods, this home puts you right in the heart of Nashville and within 10 mins of most anything this wonderful city has to offer. There is an amazing coffee shop plus a smoothie shop one block away, as well as many great restaurants and bars within a very short drive. Our favorites include Barcelona, Burger Up, and Lady Bird Tacos (the breakfast tacos are unreal).

No keys to lose or return! This property provides secure, keyless entry. You can lock and unlock the door with a code that will be provided to you three days before check-in along with detailed information for your stay.

House Rules
This home is located in a residential neighborhood. Due to the close proximity to neighbors, large parties are not allowed. Excessive noise or complaints from neighbors may result in loss of deposit or eviction from the property.

1. Check in is 3PM, check out is 11AM (unless otherwise arranged).
2. NO loud noise or music on the roof after 10pm.
3. NO smoking anywhere on the property – minimum $250 fine if it is found that guests were smoking in the home.
4. Absolutely no sitting or standing on handrails on the roof
5. No throwing trash or other items off of rooftop deck.
6. Please do not park in the driveway or in front of the garage.
